ok, so anyone who has ever read my blog for awhile has probably seen other pictures of my brother-in-law Josh...um, i am not sure if it is a mental deficiency or what, but he loves to dress up (in some cases dress down....way down) and then have people take pics of him....and then have it posted on blogs across the world...
